Therapeutic Approach:

Trinity currently offers individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about working with couples and families to build upon the existing strengths of these relationships. Trinity uses a strengths-based approach to help empower her clients to make decisions for themselves. She also helps clients by using a cognitive-behavioral approach to gain perspective on situations they are struggling with to facilitate positive choices.

Above all else, Trinity’s priority is for her clients to feel unconditionally safe, heard, and understood by using a client-centered approach. Together, you and Trinity will build a therapeutic relationship that will help you feel empowered and motivated to take control of your life and work towards an established goal.

As a warm and empathic therapist, her eclectic approach will examine your family and relational history, as well as your current stage in life, to help you figure out where, how, and who you want to be in life, then assist you in determining how to get there.
